The simple synopsis.
One of the largest providers of personal and corporate financial services in the United States needed to leverage price elasticity knowledge and relationship information. The goal was to maximize NSF/OD fee refunds and deliver customer-level recommendations to the field through a simple user interface.
Meridian was able to modify an existing interface to track customer fee refunds on bank deposits. When used during the transaction, the interface captured the account type and the fee amount in dispute. It then calculated and displayed a projected refund for the banker.
The benefit realization?
The interface, using .NET Framework 3.5 and ASP.NET, provided an effective standardization and regulation of the refund process. So Meridian was able to help our client retain more of their customers. And improve the employee experience. All while refunding money more efficiently. Which makes everyone happy.
