Terms of Use

1. This is an agreement between you and Meridian Technologies

This is an agreement ("Agreement") between you and Meridian Technologies Corporation ("Meridian Technologies"). This Agreement governs your use of any Web site or Web page operated by Meridian Technologies (each, a "Meridian Technologies," and collectively, the "Meridian Technologies").

2. How Meridian Technologies may modify this agreement

Meridian Technologies reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which it offers the Meridian Technologies, including any charges associated with the use of the Meridian Technologies. 4. No commercial, unlawful, or harmful use of the Meridian Technologies Website

You will not use the Meridian Technologies website in any way that is unlawful, or harms Meridian Technologies, its affiliates, resellers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers (each, a "Meridian Technologies Party" and collectively, the "Meridian Technologies Parties") or any customer of a Meridian Technologies Party, as determined in Meridian Technologies' sole discretion. You may not use the Meridian Technologies website in any way that breaches any code of conduct, policy or other notice applicable to the Meridian Technologies. Without limiting the generality of this section, you may not use the Meridian Technologies website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Meridian Technologies website (or the network(s) connected to any Meridian Technologies) or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Meridian Technologies website.
